Generally the best time to get through to a tech is from about noon to 6pm 7 days a week. This varies due to manpower available especially on weekends. In this economy please understand we run tight margins.  This means you may often have to leave a message so we can call you back asap.  Only major credit cards are accepted by phone.

Please do not mail us questions in a 1st class mail letter expecting a letter in reply.
Pay by US Dollar Cash, Personal or Cashier's Check, Money Order or even US pre-1970 silver coinage.
We strongly prefer that you go through the checkout process online. 
On the last (payment options) checkout page, select 'mail order' instead of the default of credit card, by clicking on the round button next to 'mail order'. Then click the 'Finalize my Order' button. You will immediately receive email confirmation with our order number. Parts will be reserved for 15 days, so you don't have to worry about parts becoming 'sold out' while your check is in the mail.

   Orders under $5.90 will not be honored.
Once we receive your mail order payment we will mail out your order to you.  Don't forget to include a phone number in case we have questions filling your order.  Most orders ship immediately upon payment received and don't require that your payment is 'cleared' 1st.

Local Walk-ins:

You can now visit our authorized dealer, Audiofiles at the above address. They have a few turntables for sale but only the top ten needles and a few accessories from this website are in the store.    If you have a cartridge or needle for which you need help identifying the needle, you can drop it off inside the store in an envelope.  Within a few days we will call you from the warehouse with your replacement options. If possible, emailing pictures to us will provide faster service. 



Payments:

Paypal: orders must be done through this website so we can track your payment properly to your order. Do not bypass the website checkout by attempting to send a paypal payment directly to our email as this method has been blocked.

Credit cards: We also directly accept major credit cards.
  All credit card info is passed securely and directly to authorize.net "More merchants trust Authorize.Net than any other payment gateway to manage their payment transactions securely and reliably." Your Credit card info is NEVER stored at the TurntableNeedles.com server!  From the moment your card number is entered into authorize.net through our GeoTrust secured checkout, our employees can never see your entire credit card number. Only the last 4 digits and the expiration can ever be seen by TurntableNeedles.com personnel!

Tax: There is no sales tax nor any "handling fees" on any orders including website, phone and mail orders.

Begin the checkout process online.
On the last (payment options) checkout page, select 'mail order' at the bottom of the page, by clicking on the round button.
Fill in your institution's purchase order number then finalize your order.  You will immediately receive email confirmation with our order number.  Use a printout of this email to obtain or confirm your P.O. if needed.
Once we have received your payment at the above address, with our order number referenced, we will mail out your order. All sales are COD (no terms).
