On the last (payment options) checkout page, select 'mail order' at the bottom of the page, by clicking on the round button. Then click the 'Checkout' button. You will immediately receive email confirmation with our order number. If your part(s) are in stock at time of order, we will reserve them for 1 week, so you don't have to worry about parts becoming 'sold out' while your check is in the mail. Fill in your institution's purchase order number and hit the checkout button. You will immediately receive email confirmation with our order number. We will mail an invoice to the address you provided, typically within 24 hours which will include your referenced purchase order number. This way if your part(s) are in stock at time of order, we will reserve them for 2 weeks, so you don't have to worry about parts becoming 'sold out' while your check is in the mail. It is not necessary or recommended to mail us an actual purchase order. Once we have received your payment at the above address, with our order number referenced, we will mail out your order.
