We are in the Pacific Time Zone (PST/PDT GMT -8:00) and are generally available at the phones from about 10am to 6pm 7days a week. This varies due to manpower issues especially on weekends.

If possible, begin the checkout process online.
On the last (payment options) checkout page, select 'mail order' at the bottom of the page, by clicking on the round button. Then click the 'Finalize my Order' button. You will immediately receive email confirmation with our order number. Parts will be reserved for 10 days, so you don't have to worry about parts becoming 'sold out' while your check is in the mail.

Once we receive your mail order payment we will mail out your order to you.
Local Walk-ins:
You can now visit our authorized dealer, Audiofiles at the above address. They have a few turntables for sale but only the top ten needles and a few accessories from our website TurntableNeedles.com are in the store. If you really really need to see a specific item in the store before purchase, please call us at 541.754.3664 at least 2 days in advance! so we can pull it from our shipping warehouse and bring it to the store. Since we have fantastic product images on the website, we trust you will save this option as a last resort. As you can imagine it requires extraordinary manpower to coordinate this. If you have a cartridge or needle for which you need help identifying the needle, you can drop it off inside the store in an envelope. Within a few days we will call you from the warehouse with your replacement options. If possible, emailing pictures to us will provide faster service. DO NOT bring your old turntable for general repairs. For local repairs inside the turntable, consider Agape electronics at 541-753-6723.

Fill in your institution's purchase order number and hit the checkout button. You will immediately receive email confirmation with our order number. Use a printout of this email to obtain or confirm your P.O. if needed. Once we have received your payment at the above address, with our order number referenced, we will mail out your order. All sales are COD (no terms). |
