the belt works on my JVC turntable just as expected. It's thicker than the old belt so it takes a second to switch from 33 to 45 but this means it should last longer. all in all a great belt. |

I used this belt to replace the original belt in a 1998 Pioneer PL-990 turntable. Previously, records were playing at variable speeds due to the issues with the aging belt. It required constant vigil over the strobe speed adapater. Now, after replacing it with this belt, records play smoothly and evenly from beginning to end.
