  DIASA = "a diamond bonded to sapphire. Instead of the usual aluminium bushing to hold the diamond, the diamond tip is bonded to a sapphire base synthesizing a nude jewel mounting with very low mass." (basically a faux nude tip that approximates the low mass benefits of a NUDE natural diamond tip found in high end needles. Nude tip = a natural not man-made diamond that is fit directly into a hole at the end of the cantilever, unlike the cheaper tip which has a man made diamond glued to an aluminium mount which is inserted into the hole at the end of the cantilever.)
