It is for a turntable from the late 80's early 90's, and the needle was broken by Mom at some point in her dementia. I has been years. possibly decades, since we heard many of my parents' records. Since this was Dad's and our first Christmas without her, it was super important to relive some good memories. Music had always filled our house at Christmas. When we gathered together as a family and heard the beautiful clear sounds coming from those old records we were all in tears but smiling. It was best Christmas present I could give my dad.
