although it was a direct fit,the needle didn't seem to track in all the albums and 45's grooves. i also adjusted the arm weight.maybe the diamond tip would have been a better choice.

Needle mounted easily, unfortunately sound is not restored as I think the cartridge is bad.

Bought a vintage symphonic record player that needed a new needle. Not having any knowledge of such I found Turntable Needles online. Trading a few emails and pictures with the extremely helpful and pleasant technician I was sent the N8-7D, which works perfectly. I did have to get a friend who repairs clocks to install it for me as it does need good eyesight and the proper tool to install

Excellent Had heaps of trouble getting a stylus in Australia that would take the high tracking weight Although this stylus is rated to take a maximum of 11 grams, I have it tracking well at 24 grams in an original Goldring GXM1 cartridge Couldn't be happier.

The Needle fit the Collaro 58 cartridge as advertized. Not much else to say as the player is far from a hi-fi unit.
