The Elektra is a low-cost moving magnet phono cartridge which incorporates several audiophile features. Tracking ability is Excellent since this cartridge uses an elliptical stylus tip. The low-mass cantilever assembly has a surprisingly wide ranging compatibility with the best tone arms and turntables available. With tracking pressure at 1.75 grams nominal, and compliance at a very respectable 25mm/N, the Elektra can revive a wide range of medium to high mass tonearms.
