Model ME+

The Prestige model ME+ uses a modified four piece OTL cantilever technology, oxygen free wire in the coils and a specially designed, high polished, elliptical diamond mounted in a brass bushing.

Arm makes the difference

Was not sure about this cartridge at first. TT is a Thorens 166 II w/stock arm tube, fed through a Project Tube Box SE,& PrimaLuna Amps & preamp. Sound was flat and unimpressive at first with some distortion. Changed the stock wand for an after market wand that was heavier. After about 4 hours of continued use, the cartridge opened up and preformed beautiful. The aftermarket wand allowed a more refined adjustment in cartridge set up and that more than likely helped.
