Conical Needle for N92E N99E N104E Styli found in Shure M92E M99E M104E Realistic RXP3 etc. Cartridges
ALERT: Shure never made a conical tip in this body style so this would be an entry-level downgrade for all cross references below....a great "starter" needle for those just getting back into vinyl.
If you have a needle labeled N92F as a substitute for the genuine SHURE N92E in your Shure M92E type cartridge, there never was an N92F made by Shure. The N92F as an aftermarket typo.

In some cases the cartridges for this needle may be original equipment supplied with a new turntable, but was also likely to have been selected at time of sale to complete a turntable sold without a cartridge or later as an upgrade to the original cartridge supplied by the turntable manufacturer. This needle should be matched primarily to the SHURE cartridge type not necessarily the turntable. EVG NEEDLES PM3171DE PM3173D SHURE NEEDLES N92E SS40 SS50 SS60
