NOTE: Because this needle is designed for use specifically with SHURE cartridges, it can be found in numerous brands of turntables. In some cases the cartridges for this needle may be original equipment supplied with a new turntable, but was also likely to have been selected at time of sale to complete a turntable sold without a cartridge or later as an upgrade to the original cartridge supplied by the turntable manufacturer. This needle should be matched primarily to the SHURE cartridge type not necessarily the turntable.

Needle 771-DHE-copy for Shure N97HE

I already have a 771-DHE as a replacement stylus in my Shure M97xE cartridge and like it a lot. So when I happened on a Realistic RXP3 (badge engineered Shure M104)which needed a stylus I decided to try this stylus in it. It did not disappoint, showing a strong full sound, and having the capability of going after the interesting little sounds in a record that make this vinyl hobby interesting and rewarding.

Love it

Glad I got the record player out of storage and invested in this stylus. Paired it with an old school Bose Acoustimass 5 speaker system and a modern Yamaha network receiver. Sounds awesome!!! The vinyl is being dusted off and played ever weekend.....

Shure M97HE Stylus-WORKS

This is the first aftermarket stylus(needle) that is as close to the Shure N97HE OEM stylus. I do not know if the diamond tip is nude or bonded. However, the sound is almost identical to the factory and allows me to continue to use this wonderful cartridge for many years to come. The dampening brush WORKS. It has dampening like the original and the brush functions like the OEM. HIGHLY recommend the BLISSPro products. The descriptions and functionality of their stylus will be as described.
