This needle is for 78rpm records ONLY! Use the -D7 version for 16/33/45rpm speeds
This aftermarket needle is a custom use replacement for our 901 type needle. It will allow you to play 78rpm records on a modern turntable that only plays 33 and 45rpm speeds. By using this needle to play a 78 at 45rpm you can then upload the music to your computer, and use a software program to digitally speed up the music to sound how it should at 78rpm. By having the correct 78rpm 3mil tip you will have all of the available music information available to the software program.
