The black version (pictured above) of this needle is a Sharp STY-144 STY144 Aftermarket equivalent
The gray option, listed in the dropdown menu, is a Sharp STY-145 STY145 aftermarket equivalent.
They are interchangable. The gray version has a 'booster magnet' that increases output volume, which is called an inductive magnet (IM)
