ORTOFON OMP 20 T4P P-mount Phono Cartridge

The OMP 20 is a Pmount magnetic cartridge (MM) with an NUDE (natural diamond) elliptical shaped stylus that is a great foray into the world of HiFi, based off of the proven and time-tested OM series. The OMP 20 is designed for use with P-Mount (T4P) type tonearms as generally found on linear tracking type turntables.

NOTES:

Ortofon has discontinued their Pmount line. They no longer support T4P.
Current supply (2018) is a N.O.S. buyout. Some of the genuine packaging is "shop worn" meaning it's been bouncing around drawers for decades.
Your new old stock cartridge may arrive in a worn Ortofon box. Some will ship repackaged in our own protective box.
We are installing a brand new current production Genuine Ortofon Stylus 20. You will not receive a N.O.S. stylus.
All will be professionally inspected both visually and electrically under the watchful eye of our senior electronics technician.
Supply extremely limited then 'gone forever'.

No further info could be found as of press time about why Ortofon labeled some of their T4P OM Pmount series cartridges OMT instead of OMP. The bodies are physically exactly the same. It may have been a private label offering.
