June 2020 update: The original Pioneer supply is now completely gone for a couple years now. We are in the early stages of planning to bring this item back into production under the BLISS™ brand so jump on the waiting list and we hope to have this available IN 2024 sometime.
OEM Pioneer headshell found in many Pioneer turntables. NOW shipping a genuine Pioneer JP-518 headshell (coquille). Includes 4 insulated lead wires. We have verified that the JP-518 (aka PXB-564) and the JP-513 (aka PXA-882) are 100% interchangeable. The only difference is slightly cosmetic.

The 4 pin pattern inside the socket is 'trapazoidal' not in a square pattern (as if you were connecting the dots so to speak.)

PIONEER PL-4, PL-7, PL-S40, PL-S50, PL-S70, PL-230, PL-420, PL-430, PL-505, PL-730, PL-590, PL-950 and many other Pioneer straight tonearms.
