NOTE: Great care must be taken not to exert lateral force on the shaft through which this needle mounts so as not to instantly destroy the very fragile salt crystal element inside.
FYI: If you touch one or the other wiring pins coming out the back of the cartridge and get a buzz or hum at normal volume levels, then your internal amp is still good. If when you gently touch the old needle prior to removal and can hear your 'fingerprints' in the speakers at normal volume, then the cartridge is likely still good.

I'm no expert on system that belonged to my wife's parents over 50 years ago. I ordered the needle using only a photo of the cartridge and I received exactly what I needed and worked just perfectly with a simple install. I am completely satisfied with the whole transaction.

Better than originals

Got the needle and it was very easy to install in my ancient 45 record player. Works great! My thanks to TurntableNeedles.com for having this needle available and for making it affordable! I'll recommend your company to all my friends and relatives.

Works great

This needle saved my old RCA 45 table. I thought I would have to make it into a parts source until I found this needle to be available. Changed out the old one which had lost the tip completely with this one and we have enjoyed listening to some of our old 45s again. Thanks
