The product arrived in 3 days. I was amazed by that. It was packaged well and had no signs of wear and tear. The needle/stylus was secured in a small plastic see through box. Unfortunately, upon inspection, one of the clasps that snap the stylus to the tone bar was broken. I made it fit the best I could and...ALAS!!...ahhh, I'm listening to albums I haven't heard in years. I would definitely recommend Turntableneedles.
