S2000 Type Stylus for Empire 2000 Cartridge etc - our 237-D7

Absolutely delighted! I called for help in finding a needle replacement for the cartridge in a 48 year old Empire Turntable, fearing that none would be available and I'd have to scrap what has been a fine machine, and part with my vinyl collection. You very quickly came up with the right part even though I did not know the Empire Model Number, had it in stock, and quickly shipped it. The new needle installed easily and the turntable is now working and sounds like new again! Thank you!

I purchased this stylus, P/N: 237-D7C, for an Empire S2000 phono cartridge that’s mounted on an Optonica RP-3636MKII turntable I recently inherited. The OEM stylus is obsolete but the 237-D7C is available. The web-site showed the 237-D7C with a stylus flip guard but did not mention that the flip guard was not included. The 237-D7C arrived well packaged but has NO flip guard. It fit nice & snug into the S2000 cartridge. After some adjustments, I am playing LP’s on my vintage Optonica turntable.
