The stylus arrived very safely packaged and is working. We're not audiophiles, and our vinyls are old, so I can't comment on the performance of the product, we're just happy that we can listen to our turntable again.

Replacement stylus
Stylus arrived in perfect shape,seems to be an exact replacement for the Empire 2400 cartridge. I purchased this stylus so I could give my turntable to my son and his kids who are into vinyl, haven't heard back from him yet on how well it functioned, but I am sure it will work perfectly.

Empire stylus
Turntableneedles I spoke to via the web chat. Great explaining and service. All my quesions were solved. Than the purchase process went smooth as wel. Online and clear very low shipping costs in a padded envelop- who needs all the bells and whistles and pay 30$ s&h for a 5 gram needle? The needle itslef was excellent too. I think it is japanese aftermarket but nice warm sound and my 50 year old cartridge is back in business. Thanks much TTN.

Replacement stylus for 4000 XLM cartridge
Excellent replacement for the original Empire stylus for this cartridge. Slightly better output. However, the cartridge itself has limitations; it is obsolete.

A great needle!
I let my last needle stay on my turntable for way too long. I'd bought a record from a dealer on EBay and thought that I'd gotten an inferior copy...but when I put the new needle on the record, it sounded great. Thanks for selling a quality product!

Stylus 239-PDE
I purchased a vintage turntable with Empire cartridge and badly damaged stylus. I checked this site and found what I believed to be a suitable replacement but wasn't completely sure. I sent an email to verify and received a quick response ensuring me this was the stylus I needed. I ordered online. Order status communication was very good and the stylus arrived a few days later, nicely packaged to prevent damage. The stylus fit my cartridge perfectly and sounds good. I can't compare to the original stylus but this sounds very similar to another Empire cartridge I have with the OEM stylus. Considering the price, I now have a nice functional cartridge for a fraction of the price of a new one.
