I was so excited to finally find the turntable needle I have been looking for. I received my order promptly and am very happy to be able to enjoy all my albums I have been saving for so long.

Didn’t get quite the phono needle that I was expecting. Previous needle and the one I saw in the ad, had a cross member. What I received was a one sided bar. Made it a little hard or awkward to install, not having a lot experience along those lines, but eventually got it inserted. Customer service agent that I spoke with, was very helpful.

I purchased this needle recently, but it was the wrong one for my system. I contacted customer support, and after a couple tries, I sent pictures of the end of the record player arm, and they were able to figure out which needle I needed. Ordered a new one, got it shipped, works perfectly. The customer support from this company is above and beyond what I expected. I am now a lifetime member of this business, and will blow my horn in support of these people. A-1 service from these folks, 10/10 would use again.

Thank you to the folks at Turntable Needles for having just the right stylus for my 1970’s-ers Magnavox stereo console turntable. I purchased this unit used a few years ago, and had nearly given up finding the right needle for it. What a difference in sound quality. Truly impressed and appreciative.
