While VN35E copies can be found elsewhere for around $15, this is just not a good idea for your Shure V-15 cartridge. The Shure V-15 family is literally thee industry standard and has been for decades. Why would you want to thoroughly retard it's Excellent abilities by installing such a low-end solution?

If you are the original purchaser of your V-15, our BLISS Needles solution from Japan will faithfully restore your Shure V15 type III to similar levels it had when it was equipped with the now obsolete Shure VN35E. If you don't mind having lower output quality than when new, the $15 cheapie (elsewhere) will also fit and make noise but we refuse to carry it here.

excellent ,replacement stylus for my shure v15 type 3...i have this cart on a dual 704 ,,sounds and trks great...no inner groove distortion.

Shure VN35E Copy

Bought this one for a V15III. While not on the same level as the original Shure stylus it's still a good buy. Sounded very nice with no tracking issues at all. Passed all but the most rigorous sections of the Shure test record. Good price, good company and a great group of people!!

Perfect replacement.

My original VN35HE needle lasted for more than 35 years. When it finally died I thought I'd need a new cartridge. I was surprised to find this replacement for such a low cost. It was not too good to be true. It fit perfectly. It is a spot on replica of the original, and it sounds great. There is no visible or discernible difference between this and the original. Not sure if it will last another 35 years (or if my Dual 1246 will, or if I will) but so far it has performed beautifully.

Shure V15

Very satisfied with the product. Came across the world very quickly. Difference i noticed compared to the original stylus is that it needs a slightly hevier tracking force (about 1.5-1.75 grams). Anyway, its a very good stylus and very proffesional service. Big thumbs up.

Excellent!

V-15 III owners rejoice! I've compared this to my OEM stylus and to my ears this stylus matches the sound. The SAS brings more detail out of the music but sometimes I miss that Shure sound and this stylus will provide it without using your rare OEM stylus. Great buy and highly recommended.

Shure VN35E copy for V15III our needle 764-DE-copy

This needle seems to work well in my shure v15 III. If it is as good as the shure needle, I can not be sure, but it does sound fine to me.

I had an untested V15 Type 3 cartridge on hand for many years but due to the high cost of an original Shure replacement I never bothered to get one. Now, thirty years later, your new copy stylus arrived within a week (to NZ) which was very quick delivery for standard freight. The shaft was a slightly tight fit but went in with acceptable pressure. I installed the cartridge to my Technics SL1700 Mk2 deck (swapping out my Ortophon MC-10 mc) and was immediately impressed with the overall quality of reproduction. I cannot fault the sound with tracking set at 1.75 grams. It is very good value and I recommend it highly as a replacement for the original.

Excellent !

The sound of my Thorens TD 125 with Shure V15 Type III cartridge came back as it was when new, I cannot hear the difference with original Shure stylus.

Competent Replacement

Is this stylus in the same league with my genuine Shure V15 stylus? Well, not exactly. But it is in the same ballpark. It has fine timbre and nuance, tracks well,seems to ride under the pops and clicks nearly as well as the original and even seems to give more output.It will now take up the majority of play time and give the old stylus some needed time off.

Shure VN35E type stylus replacement

The product performs as advertised. I tested the stylus on several albums - by Charlie Byrd, Eric Dolphy, and Son House - and the Beethoven Violin Concerto. They all sounded great. Ordering and shipping were very efficient.
