NOTE: These are very rare Strain Gauge type cartridges which are a totally different technology than the much more common MM (moving magnet) / MC (moving coil) cartridges. As such, they require a special preamp that has an SG input. This was often built in to a legacy receiver/amp or separate legacy component and so these cartridges will not work on any modern MM/MC preamp because the SG system requires a "bias voltage" for the cartridge to work.
