Pickering DSE-1 Type Bliss Needle for Pickering SE-1 System Series Cartridges
The OBSOLETE Pickering System Series cartridge was designed primarily for high performance in BSR A107162, B106776, Garrard C1, C2 and C4 systems. The SE-1 cartridge shipped with a total of four mounts that also allowed its use universally in both bottom and top mount shells of the 1970s and 1980s. You can now restore amazing performance in these systems with our modern Bliss elliptical diamond stylus.
If not in stock, you may substitute needle 607-DEM NOTE: Because this needle is designed for use specifically with Pickering cartridges, it can be found in numerous brands of turntables. In some cases the cartridges for this needle may be original equipment supplied with a new turntable, but was more likely selected at time of sale to complete a turntable sold without a cartridge or later as an upgrade to the original cartridge supplied by the turntable manufacturer. This needle should be matched primarily to the cartridge type not necessarily the turntable.
