Once we receive your mail order payment we will mail out your order to
you. Don't forget to include a phone number/email in case we have questions
filling your order. Most orders ship within 0-24hrs upon payment received and don't require that your payment is 'cleared' 1st. We pickup incoming mail about twice a week so some patience is required when you mail us.
Local Walk-ins:
You can visit our mail drop and authorized dealer, Audiofiles at the above address where they specialize in home and car stereo sales and installation. However, Audiofiles is not a retail location for TurntableNeedles so do not travel there looking for 1000s of items on display for us. We operate out of a nearby warehouse that is not open to the public. They have an experienced tech named Steve that *might* accept a turntable repair if he is not too swamped so you must call first.
Payments:
All payment forms mentioned must ultimately be payable in USA funds. No foreign currency can be accepted such as Canadian personal checks. Minimum order is $10

To hold your item while payment is in the mail, we strongly recommend that you go through the checkout process online. On the last (payment options) checkout section, select 'mail order' instead of the default of credit card, by clicking on the round button next to 'Mail Your Cash/Check/Money Order Payment.'. Then click the 'Place Your Order' button. You will immediately receive email confirmation with our order number.
