Audio Technica AT95HE with AVCR private label stylus

Nicely done! Tracks well at 1.5 grams, clean sound. I bought this as a backup and it does very well with a high-compliance arm. Somewhat low output at 3.5 mV.

Amazing Upgrade

This stylus is a MUST upgrade to the 95e. It turns this humble little cart into a world beater. I have the Jico version. Excellent extension at both ends no IGD and reduced record noise

A great value for a less than discerning ear

Does not have the tone quality, base and treble response, crispness, or tightness, of the Shure m95he from the 1970’s that it replaces. It is somewhat muffled in sound as if you place a thin cloth loosely over the speakers. Similar to an Empire 700 that I use for my spare. I’m not the audio file I once was so it’s an adequate replacement for my intermittently failing Shure.
