ONKYO NEEDLE DN-56ST DN56ST

This needle is of a special design with an opening for an "electronic eye" to see a reflection of the record surface for the purpose of programming the player to play certain tracks. So, you cannot change the cartridge to another type.  You must use only this needle type DN-56ST stylus on the factory supplied ONKYO OC-56V cartridge.
