Pickering D 1200 E Style Elliptical Needle for XV-15 Series

Currently shipping aftermarket BLISS copy. OEM Pickering D1200e is obsolete. Pickering is out of business.
DCF = Dynamic Coupling Factor; "an index [Pickering used] of maximum stylus performance when the cartridge is related to a particular type of playback equipment." (higher = better)

NOTE: Because this needle is designed for use specifically with Pickering cartridges, it can be found in numerous brands of turntables. In some cases the cartridges for this needle may be original equipment supplied with a new turntable, but was more likely selected at time of sale to complete a turntable sold without a cartridge or later as an upgrade to the original cartridge supplied by the turntable manufacturer. This needle should be matched primarily to the cartridge type not necessarily the turntable.

Pickering D1200 stylus replacement

I purchase this 606 DEX copy stylus to replace/substitute for a Pickering D1200 I purchased in 1976 for my pioneer 112 turntable.(now outrageously expensive new if you can find one). The tone and clarity seems superb to my old ears listing. Highly recommend for the $$.

Stylus Review

This is a wonderful replacement stylus for the Pickering XV-15. I removed the brush as it adds unseeded weight makes setup difficult.
