• Includes bottom lock pin for better than OEM lock collar security; think perfect azimuth.  Whether your top slot worn or not, your Sony Turntable deserves our deluxe upgrade; Sony made two tonearm socket slots but one shell lock pin! This is the only two pin 6mm plug headshell ever made.
• Added 0.875 grams of "goop" to absorb unwanted reflective harmonic frequencies.  Non-toxic, non-staining, never dries out.  It will always have a tacky feel and be malleable which are necessary properties.
• Added large shrink tube around existing wire sockets at headshell plug end for a second layer of strain relief similar to OEM wire harness but not user-replaceable.

• Aluminum was the original dream in 2019.  We started to CNC them one by one.  Each one took hours of babysitting the CNC machine, then we lost our in house CNC tech, then, the big sickness thing.  Basically we lost our shirt on the aluminum version.  We have a couple handfuls available as plug~n~spin kits with a new audiophile cartridge of your choosing.  If you want a high end cartridge with a real aluminum shell we will install and align it as a complete kit and include a lifetime warranty on the shell, wiring and assembly.  Call us to choose a cartridge and get a custom quote.  Keep in mind, it's just plain aluminum cut to the original size and shape of the SH-151 on a machine.  It ain't purdy but it will be bulletproof and function just like the OEM Sony did plus, plus of course, you'll get that exclusive two locking pin upgrade.
