Audio-Technica's renewed VM cartridges have 7 styli and 3 cartridges series from which to choose. The 500 series cartridges have four models, the 600 MONO series has two models, and the 700 series has three models. All of which are interchangeable, for a total of about 63 cartridge and needle combinations.
