The Bliss T4P-40 is a Pmount magnetic cartridge (MM) that uses a hybrid mix of both legacy and new Ortofon parts to fill the needs of T4P turntable owners who want the very best Ortofon sound possible from their P-mount player even though Ortofon no longer supports/makes T4P cartridges. You will receive a N.O.S. or used cartridge that has been professionally tested/recertified by our senior tech along with your brand new genuine Ortofon Stylus40.

With its Nude (natural) "Fritz Gyger 70" shaped stylus it is the top of the line choice by far for hi end Pmount turntables. This product is the highest standard available when combining an Ortofon Pmount series cartridge with Ortofon's Stylus 40. The Bliss "T4P-40" is designed for use with P-Mount (T4P) type tonearms as generally found on linear tracking type turntables. This item is 100% genuine Ortofon but is shipped in t-tn/bliss packaging.  "TM 40" is in quotes everywhere because while everything is genuine Ortofon they never marketed a TM40 product as such so far as we know.  So this offering of a N.O.S. or used/tested cartridge with a new Stylus 40, is a unique solution for those wanting the very best out of their legacy P-mount/T4P turntable.
